Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday (minimum 3 days/week with mandatory available on Thursdays - opportunity to increase scheduled days dependent on the candidate)

About Us:
Dental One Bankers Hall is a leading practice located in the heart of downtown Calgary. We are known for our state-of-the-art technology, cohesive team, and a strong commitment to excellence of patient care. Our clinic boasts a high new and existing patient flow and we pride ourselves on using advanced dental technology such as CBCT, scanners, and a in-house milling with CEREC to ensure the best results for our patients.

Our practice is led by Dr. Vishal Sharma. Dr. Sharma is a KOL for Dentsply Sirona and a Director of Clinical Operations. Dr. Sharma also lectures internationally with Dentsply Sirona. With his leadership and commitment to utilizing advanced technology, Dr. Sharma ensures that the practice provides the most efficient, predictable, and comfortable treatment outcomes for our patients.

Clinical Scope:
We are looking for an experienced dentist (5+ years of clinical experience) with confidence in as aspects of basic dentistry including:

  • Endodontics (including molar retreats and calcified canals - experience in advanced endo is highly preferred and would be considered a priority in our search)

  • Oral Surgery (including impacted third molars and clearances would be considered an asset)

  • Fixed Prosthodontics (including experience with CEREC technology)

  • Orthodontics (experience with both Invisalign and Sure Smile would be considered an asset)

  • Implant dentistry (experience and confidence in placing implants would be considered an asset)

Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Canadian based experience and be comfortable in a patient oriented setting. We are looking for someone with excellent case presentation skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for lifelong learning. If you have taken advanced curriculum based CE programming such a Spear, Kois, Dawson, or LVI we would consider this an asset.

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
