COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% - 43% of collections and higher (depending on experience)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in the process of registering with the:
  • British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of BC
• 1-2 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is required OR new graduates welcome with mentorship provided
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
