The Role We are seeking a Part Time Community Coordinator (2 days a week) to join our administrative team in our Kelowna office who is passionate about providing support to a range of Tribe's stakeholders. This role is a great fit for someone who is has a keen eye for details, values collaboration, and is looking to develop valuable experience. Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to a property portfolio and team of Strata and Rental Managers, including drafting agendas, minutes, and correspondence, filing documents and forms on deadlines
Assisting with researching quotes and other information for maintenance and special projects
Working with Tribe's Accounting team to assist with financial requests
Ensuring all activity is conducted in accordance with the directives of the licensed manager
Maintaining a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio
Qualifications
1 - 2 years of experience in an administration or service-based role
Proven administrative skills, including the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven technology experience using programs such as Microsoft Office and CRMs
Must be able to work in the Kelowna office 2 days a week
