Security Guard - Mtsc North Vancouver

We are looking for a security guard with MTSC clearance and OFA 2 to work permanent shifts at the Seaspan site in North Vancouver

Shift days and times: Saturdays and Sundays 10.15pm till 6.15am

Payrate: $23/hr

Your Must-Haves:

• BC Security License

• Marine Transport Security Clearance

• Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 Certificate (or willing to obtain)

• Able to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Exterior and interior patrols - on ships and near water

• Access Control

• Lock up duties

• Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public

• Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts

• Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports

• Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor

• You have a valid Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
