Are you an organized and friendly professional looking to join a well-established dental practice in the heart of Vancouver? We are searching for a Dental Receptionist to become an essential part of our team, providing outstanding service to our patients in a welcoming and modern environment.

Schedule:

2 to 3 days per week, including Friday & Saturday

The wage range is from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.


Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient from arrival to departure.

  • Optimize the appointment schedule, minimize gaps, and manage cancellations effectively.

  • Handle patient calls, inquiries, and appointment management with a friendly and professional approach.

  • Process billing, insurance claims, and fee inquiries efficiently and positively.

  • Maintain accurate patient records, manage recalls, and process correspondence promptly.


About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of Dental administrator experience

  • Clinical background considered an asset.

  • Experience with Tracker Dental software is a strong asset.
