Position Purpose Summary:
The position is to provide case management and group facilitation to the residents/neighbours of the Sarah's Place Women's Transitional Housing & Healing program.
Drawing on both personal lived experience and professional training is key for the position.
This is a permanent part-time position at 30 hours per week. There will be 4 day shifts a week, with 1 shift preferably a weekend day.
