The Serving Assistant is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and consistently providing friendly, efficient, and responsive customer services that result in exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Assist Servers when required.
  • Providing a positive atmosphere.
  • Attends to guests needs and requests.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
