As a part-time Ramp Station Technician you will ensure smooth ground operations and top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for providing refueling and ground services to our customer aircraft. Your success will be dependent on your ability to provide our customers with a high level of service and your commitment to our safety culture.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Aircraft Ground Services: Coordinate and provide ground services for aircraft, including marshaling aircraft to the FBO location, setting up air stairs, and facilitating hook-ups for lavatory, water, and power services.
  • Aircraft Refueling: Execute aircraft refueling following established procedures, ensuring the highest standard of training and staying updated on the latest refueling methods for various aircraft.
  • Quality Control Testing: Perform regular quality control testing on products within trucks and the tank farm at specified intervals, maintaining certification for quality control procedures.
  • De/Anti-Icing Applications: Safely conduct de/anti-icing applications on aircraft, adhering to environmental and safety guidelines, and overseeing fluid application, system controls, and operational procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance and Snow Removal: Keep the FBO facility clean and orderly, performing light maintenance tasks as required. Additionally, ensure the immediate vicinity of the FBO is clear of snow for safe movement of customers and employees.

  • Mechanical aptitude an asset

Your Experience:

  • A valid driver's license - Class 3 & 4 preferred or willing to obtain
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Radio Operator Certificate, on-site training provided if required
