NUTR3001: Applied Animal Nutrition - Winter 2025

Applied Animal Nutrition - NUTR3001is part a course overseen by the Chair of the Department of Animal Science and Aquaculture. The Part-time Academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the lectures an associated activities in those, including test preparation and evaluation in lab Instructor.

Minimum requirement of an MSc. in Animal Science, Nutritional Sciences, Zoology or Bio-veterinary sciences. There should be a demonstrated teaching experience required in a post-secondary level environment of at least 2 years with experience in animal nutrition, specifically focused in monogastric, avian, and ruminant species.Previous experience in supervising students would be an asset.
