The team at Brampton Dental Arts located in Brampton, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a part-time basis.

The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

SCHEDULE:

  • 29 hours per week
  • Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 8:00am - 1:00pm
  • Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II
  • Registered with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association
  • HARP AND CPR Certified
  • 1-2 years of experience is required
  • IPAC and WHMIS certified is considered an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as ABELDent is considered an asset
  • Perform basic dental laboratory procedures, such as pouring impressions
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
