Sign in, put on hair net, wash hands thoroughly for 20 seconds, put on apron

Assist with clearing dining room
Prep & Pulls- * In conjunction with C1*
Put away food order *If delivered*

Complete temperature and production sheets

Dinner Service (PSWs to serve the dining room)
Clearing & wiping down tables (PSW's can assist with clearing dishes)
Clean up cook dishes

Continue cleaning up dishes
Prep snack cart
Sweep & mop kitchen.
Restock
Continue with cleaning duties

Collect snack carts, disassemble and turn off dishwasher.

Clock out and enjoy your evening.
