Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Canada.

Title: Security Guard - Part Time
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Schedule: 23:00 to 03:00 (Fri - Sat)
Location: Mississauga
Requirements: G license, clean Driver's Abstract and 25+ years of age due to insurance purposes.

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

 Patrolling: Regularly patrol the parking lot on foot or in a vehicle to monitor for any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals.

 Incident Response: Respond promptly to any incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, including vehicle accidents or suspicious behavior.

 Report Writing: Document all incidents, patrol activities, and any unusual findings in detailed reports for record-keeping.

 Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to customers or staff as needed, including helping with providing directions.

 Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with emergency protocols and assist in implementing them when necessary.

 Communication: Maintain communication with security personnel or supervisor to report any concerns or updates.

 Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of the parking area for safety hazards, maintenance issues, or potential security risks.

Requirement:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 A minimum of 1-2 years of experience woking in the security industry or related field.
 Prior experience in security, mobile patrolling, or related fields is preferred.
 Must have a valid Ontario Security License.

 Must have G license, clean driver's abstract and above 25 years age for clearance purposes.

 Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
 Strong observational and reporting skills.
 Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and with professionalism.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
 Must pass a background check, inluding a criminal record check.
 Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
