Spa & Sales Associate - Part Time - @ Hand & Stone Port Credit
The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. And the gate to the spa's amazing services. We need to hire a part-time.
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
- Check in clients through booking system, and out after the services are completed
- Understand and manage spa operations - Frontdesk
- Tasks include answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
- Maintain back spa operation work
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
