The job involves:

  • Taking reservations for hotels, dining, show tickets, tournaments, events and creating them in the appropriate databases
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, responsible for ensuring hotel, theatre tickets, tournaments and events are booked in accordance to patron qualifications
  • Completing outbound confirmations and telemarking calls to our patron database
  • Assessing and providing comps to qualified players based on level of play
  • Handling customer service issues and promoting outstanding guest relations
  • Maintaining professionalism under stressful situations, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
  • Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
  • Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
  • Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

  • Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain confidentiality while adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Excellent telephone and keyboarding skills
  • Good decision making skills
  • Knowledge of the Niagara Region and district
