The job involves:

• Repairing and maintaining slot machines, slot monitoring equipment, slot related electronic components and Slot Data Systems
• Maintaining inventory levels and preparing requisitions for spare parts
• Implementation of various slot projects, including installing, moving and removing slot machines, denomination and theme conversions, and upgrading hardware and software
• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest's needs
• Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Electronic Technician certificate, Technologist or equivalent
• Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in a related field
• Excellent guest service skills
• Experience in slot machine and electronics repair
• Mechanical experience
• Ability to repair electronic circuit boards
• Ability to work with hand and power tools
