Part-time Fitness Trainer
9Round delivers total body results in a quick and convenient 30 minute workout with no class times and a trainer with you every step of the way. We are seeking a super energetic and enthusiastic trainer. This is a 15-20 hour/week position.
- Must have minimum 1-2 years of personal and/or work experience in fitness
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Must have minimum 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
- Previous kickboxing experience strongly preferred however not mandatory
- Bilingual preferred
- Physically fit and committed to living a healthy lifestyle
- Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Detail oriented, hardworking, accountable
- Creative, high energy personality that is contagious
- Have FUN, SMILE, and LAUGH at work
- Provide personalized fitness training to members with varying backgrounds and fitness levels
- Provide stellar customer service and keep members motivated throughout their workout and excited for more!
- Maintain excellent customer service with current members, follow up with them to keep them engaged with our 9Round Family, and cultivate member referrals
- Customer service via all forms of communication: in person, phone, email, text, social media, etc.
- Ensure all Opening & Closing Procedures are completed as scheduled and outlined.
