Casual Resident Services Aide
Job Description
The Resident Services Aide (RSA) will be scheduled to work directly with residents and in all departments. This includes nursing, support services, administration, and program services. As a valued member of Long-Term Care Services, you will demonstrate a commitment to resident safety by providing quality services in accordance with the organization's mission and vision. Responsibilities may include resident specific programming, companionship, portering, general housekeeping, laundry, food services, and clerical. This position assumes an active role in the infection prevention and control program and assists with the orientation of new staff as required
