Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Professional in Ottawa, Canada.

Title: Security Guard ( Bilingual - French is the first language)

Location: Ottawa. ON

Pay rate: $17.20-$20.00/hr

Job Type: Part-Time

Job Summary:

If you have experience as a Security Professional, enjoy patrolling, and can maintaina high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment by controlling access at entry and exit points using available equipment.Conduct regular patrols of the facility and enforce site regulations.
  • Monitor security cameras and other surveillance systems to identify and prevent suspicious or unauthorized activities.
  • Enforce property rules and local city bylaws on the client's premises.
  • Perform consistent patrols to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.
  • Safeguard the client's assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety risks.
  • Complete daily and incident reports accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong adaptability in various situations.

Requirement:

  • 1 year or more of security related experience
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High Proficiency in French ( oral and written)
  • Valid first aid certification
  • First aid and CPR certification required
  • Excellent customer service and resourcefulness
  • Good communication skills
