Security Concierge Position – Adagio Security

Overview
Adagio Security is seeking experienced and professional Security Concierges to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing front desk assistance, monitoring security systems, and conducting routine patrols.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and conduct regular building patrols to ensure safety.
• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and enforce building policies.
• Report security incidents and maintain detailed logs.
• Collaborate with emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Concierge.
• Valid Ontario Security License (required).
• Full proficiency in English (verbal & written).
• Experience operating CCTV monitoring systems (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally.
• Paying attention to detail in security reporting and incident documentation.
• Smart Serve certification is an asset.
• Canadian Citizen or Valid Work Permit required.

Job Details

• Positions available: Part-Time & Full-Time
• Pay: $17.20 per hour (starting wage)
• Hours: 8 – 48 hours per week
• Location: Toronto, Ontario
