The PSW will provide dialysis-related care activities in the patient's home. Registered Nurses from Regional Renal Program hospitals will teach and/or delegate dialysis-related care activities to PSWs and provide the necessary patient-specific training for each PSW. In this program, the PSW's scope of work is limited to dialysis-related activities only
