Successful completion of Grade 10,
Ability to operate appropriate mechanical equipment i.e. washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, burnisher, auto scrubber, Clorox 360
Understanding of infection control principles
Working Knowledge of: WHMIS, Inventory Management & Control
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
Experience in an institutionalized setting preferably long term care
Nursing Units - Long Term Care Facility
Day Shift - On-site hours 0800 to 1600 Paid hours = 7.5
Break - Meal & Break (30 min) - 1130 & 1430
Evening Shift - On-site hours 1300 to 1900 Paid hours = 5.5
Break - (45 min) 1630
Evening Shift - On-site hours 1630 to 2230 Paid hours = 5.5
Break - (45 min) 2000 to 2045
Night Shift - On-site hours 2230 to 0630 Paid hours = 7.5
Break - Meal & Break (30 min) 0130 & 0430
