solutions.

Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours on BOTH Saturday and Sunday + one weekday shift

This position must be in the office in Etobicoke every shift.

Location: Etobicoke Ontario (100% in office. There is no remote option for this position)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from our internal and external customers relating to our products and services via phone and email

  • Trouble shoot technical issues with both customers and crew members on a wide range of issues critical to business continuance

  • Engage with a variety of internal partners to find timely resolution on customer requests and concerns

  • Work within a specified framework and processes to diagnose and resolve issues

  • Execute the delivery of specific reports through the day

  • Be engaged to support adhoc projects and be the primary point of contact for customer outreach

    Qualifications

    Must Have Qualifications:

    • A passion for delivering exceptional service

    • Must be bilingual and fluent in English and French

    • A positive attitude and a desire to seek ways to improve processes and offer suggestions on how to make things better for all

    • 2+ years' experience in a Call Centre, Customer Facing role or Help desk environment

    • Calm demeanor with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines

    • The ability to quickly pivot from a technical issue to a billing concern, a phone call to an email

    • You are a team player who believes that we win as a team or not at all

    • Some technical savvy and the ability to walk a customer through to a solution over the phone

    • Effective communication skills both verbal and written - can deliver a message in a concise and easily digestible manner for a wide audience

    • Ability to work in a 24/7/365 day operation where shifts are scheduled based on business needs

    • Experience working with technology

    Nice to Have Qualifications:

    • Experience working within the transportation/security industry
