Job Summary
The Toronto Rehabilitation Institute is looking for an RPN to work in the Specialized Dementia Unit, that is part of the Multi-System, MSK & Geriatric Rehabilitation Program, Toronto Rehab. The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) has expertise in a specialty, demonstrating knowledge and skill to effectively provide care to patients living with moderate to advanced dementia and appropriately manage the associated moderate to advanced behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia and promote quality of life.
