What are we hiring for in our stores?

Seasonal Associates work in collaboration with the store teams to Inspire a Life of Style and provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers. Seasonal Associate roles are available in the following areas (needs of each location will vary):

Working behind the scenes (Personal Shopping Assistants):

Personal Shopping Assistants:

• Maintain Personal Shopper client profiles and information, track and interpret data to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for all client appointments ensuring standards are maintained
• Coordinate alterations, product transfers, COG's, Holds and other services as required
• Other duties as assigned including errands as deemed necessary to maximize efficiency of Personal Shopper's schedule/work

Requirements:

• Passionate about the brand and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings
