We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team at our Montreal office.

This role is a part-time position, 1-2 days per week.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with full cycle recruitment process
• Facilitate execution of employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
• Coordinate company trainings
• Oversee office management tasks
• Research compliance matters as requested
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager on continuously improving HR Processes
• Perform other job duties as required

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business is an asset
• Bilingualism (English and French)
