BILINGUAL REGIONAL FIELD SUPERVISOR - QUEBEC / ATLANTIC CANADA Part-Time | Approx. 15-20 hours per week (Monday - Sunday) Flexible Hours | Work-Life Balance at Its Best! Join our team as a Regional Field Supervisor, where you'll be the key to empowering our retail merchandisers and ensuring top-notch service delivery. What You'll Do Team Empowerment & Leadership Train and mentor Retail Merchandisers in your region to excel in their roles. Equip new French-speaking representatives with the tools they need to succeed, including training on the ROSS app. Recognize and celebrate high achievers while offering guidance to those who need it. Motivate the team, celebrate wins, and foster a culture of success. Operational Excellence Assist in recruiting for open positions in Quebec, conducting interviews after HR pre-screening. Monitor call completion rates, ensuring deadlines are met, and follow up where needed. Step in to ensure territory coverage when gaps arise. Collaborate with Head Office for translations and territory mapping. Administrative Management Handle administrative tasks like payroll, expense submissions, and scheduling. Prepare and submit timely reports, including recaps, itineraries, and timesheets. Proactively address in-store issues that require escalation. Performance & Compliance Maintain a 95%+ program completion rate in your territory. Ensure effective rescheduling of missed visits with Head Office support. Leverage handheld devices for efficiency and promote their benefits to the team. What You Bring to the Role Bilingual Excellence: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and guide teams to exceed expectations. Client-Focused Mindset: A commitment to delivering service excellence to internal and external clients. Decision-Making Prowess: Confidence in making sound decisions in complex situations. Organizational Savvy: Strong project management skills to balance time and resources effectively. Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using and promoting handheld devices and technology. Experience: Previous field management experience is a strong asset.
