Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, or their designate, the EMT/PCP, responds to emergent and non-emergent calls for service; and provides assessment, treatment and transportation of the ill or injured persons consistent with The Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations, Saskatchewan College of Paramedics Clinical Practice Protocols and established policies and procedures

Education

  • Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP)

Licenses

  • Registered Emergency Medical Technician/Primary Care Paramedic (EMT/PCP)
  • Valid Class 4 driver's license
  • International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS)

Other Education and Training

  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
