Job Description: PROVIDE NURSING TREATMENTS FOR CLIENTS IN THE COMMUNITY AS ORDERED BY PHYSICIANS INCLUDING TREATMENTS, DRESSINGS, INJECTIONS, MEDICATION DISPENSING, AND PERSONAL CARE. TEACH SELF CARE TO THE CLIENT AND FAMILY MEMBERS AS APPROPRIATE TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE. ASSUME ON-CALL RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED. CONSULT WITH OTHER CARE PROVIDERS AND HEALTH AGENCIES AS NECESSARY. MAINTAIN ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE CLIENT RECORDS AND REPORT CLIENT ISSUES TO CLIENT CASE COORDINATOR AND MANAGER OF HOME CARE.
