Job Description: Assists in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating clinical and non-clinical education programs. Plays a crucial role in developing healthy and inclusive social, psychological, emotional and physical communities. Using circular model of Holistic health care, ensures patient needs when developing health plans.

Education

  • Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Education, Early Education, Psychology or Nursing

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
