Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Experience

  • One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment

Licenses

  • Fireman Certificate
  • Boiler Operator Certificate
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Refrigeration certificate, where required
  • Pool Operator certificate, where required

Competencies

  • Basic - Communication skills
  • Basic - Organizational skills
  • Basic - Interpersonal skills
  • Basic - Computer skills

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently
